Treating
your roof is a matter of safety, damage prevention, and pride in your property.
Moss grows on roofs and absorbs rain. Then, frost or weight causes it to drop
into the gutter and onto the area below. This, in turn, causes the pavement
or pathway to become slippery and therefore unsafe to walk on. The remaining
moss roots bury deep into the spaces between the tiles and open up gaps. This
allows water to seep through, causing damage to the interior of the property.
New tiles will last approximately 20 years before heavy moss growth occurs
and retiling your roof can cost ££££'s. For a fraction
of the cost, we are able to clean and reseal the tiles and guarantee them
for 10 more years.
